Sébastien Haramendy:
Charlie and his Oompa Loompa
Very easy and suitable for all levels. In this course, Charlie and an Oompa Loompa are created. Two cupcakes will be modeled.
Sébastien is a passionate and creative French cupcake artist and pastry chef. He never ceases to amaze with his imaginative cupcake creations. The multi-award-winning artist ranked among the top ten French cake artists in 2018 and was voted Cupcake Artist of the Year in 2023. Thanks to his international workshops and tutorials, which have been published in renowned magazines such as Cake Masters, D’Licious, American Cake Decorating, Cakes & Sugarcraft, etc., his talent is recognized worldwide. A true all-rounder, Sébastien has participated in the French version of “Bake Off: The Professionals,” given cooking tips on the French radio show “A Glimpse into the Fridge,” and hosted “Un Cupcake, LE webshow!” on CakeFlix TV. He has also been a jury member at numerous competitions such as Dortmund’s Cake & Bake, Lyon’s Salon du Cake Design, and Tranis Puglia Cake Festival.

Lucie Charvátová founded her own brand, Crazy Cakes, in the Czech Republic eight years ago. Since then, she has won countless awards in this field, both in the Czech Republic and at Cake International. She has won twice in her category in both London and Birmingham. In 2025, she even won the Best of Show Award at Cake International.
This year, she published her own book about her journey into pastry making and gives workshops. She impresses the industry with her unique technique for making hair out of gelatin.
