ArtGel
The course includes making a bouquet of flowers from classic Artgel.
Artgel is a flexible, edible jelly that is suitable for a variety of purposes.
As with sugar flowers, venators (petal molds) are used with hangers to support the petals on which we drip the jelly melted in the microwave. This is done to ensure that the veins are imprinted and a petal or leaf is created with natural features but with the transparency of the gel.
This creates a large flower, a bud, leaves and a fern branch.
All put together, this forms a bouquet enriched with gold decorative wires and shades of powdered dyes.
