Margherita Ferrara has had a successful career in applied arts, fashion and costume design. After the birth of her second child, she decided to turn her passion for baking and modeling into her career and founded "Fashflower's Cake" in 2013. Over time she specialized in realistic figures and organized national and international events to share her enthusiasm for the world of cake design. Her unique ability to transform sugar paste into the look of marble led to the creation of her "Marble Style". She has received several awards for her works, including the sugar paste recreation of Michelangelo's "La Pietà." Today she is the owner and testimonial of her own creative product under the brand "Margherita Ferrara".

Belinda Lucidi from Monza creates works of art that tell stories, combining her experiences in communication, computer graphics, traditional art and game development. She is both self-taught and trained through courses with leading cake designers and has found the balance between creative expression and craftsmanship. Belinda is an active participant in international cake design collaborations and competitions, drawing inspiration from challenges and positive experiences. Her awards and passion have led her to share her knowledge as a modeling teacher, both in Italy and abroad.

Benny Rivera began his career in Puerto Rico and further developed his passion for pies and baking. He took culinary courses to learn modern cake techniques and founded the renowned cake shop City Cakes in Manhattan. His extraordinary cake creations have impressed celebrities such as Jennifer Lopez and have been featured in leading magazines. Chef Benny is a respected cake designer and also appears as a guest judge on TV shows and the Foodtastic series on Disney Plus.

Jennifer Holst is a German cake artist. Since 2016 she has been making figures and cakes and taking part in national and international collaborations. So far she has also given several courses and workshops at home and abroad. In 2015 she won gold at Cake Germany and in 2019 she was awarded the Cake Masters Award for her previous work in the model series category.

Kristina Rado is an internationally recognized instructor specializing in royal icing and hand painting, member of the Excellencies team of the International Federation Pastry Gelato and Chocolate, member of the FIPGC Board of Directors, Head of International Relations, responsible for organizing the FIPGC World Championships, jury member at international Selections and President of the Jury at the World Championships.

Ludmilla is known for her delicate, delicate wafer paper art and her distinctive floral paintings. Her works are characterized by lightness, delicacy, aesthetics and creativity. She has been passing on her passion, knowledge and skills in her courses for many years.

A self-taught sugar artist, Robert's unwavering passion and meticulous nature developed through practice and repetition. Robert explored and cultivated his knowledge by focusing his attention on the detailed anatomy of flowers and leaves. In order to share his passion and desire to create sugar flowers and teach the skills to others, Robert founded Sugar Flower Studio in London, UK in 2006. Robert regularly travels the world teaching private 1-2-1 classes and group sugar flower masterclasses, demonstrating his love for the art of sugar flowers.

Sébastien is a French food blogger and award-winning cake artist. He was ranked among the top ten cake artists in France and was a finalist in the Cupcake and Best Cover Cake Masters Awards. His instructions have been published in numerous magazines, including Cake Masters Magazine. He took part in the French version of "Bake Off: The Professionals", gave cooking tips on French radio and ran "Un Cupcake, LE webshow!" on CakeFlix TV. He has been a jury member at numerous competitions worldwide.

Sofia Fox from Seixal, Portugal, began her career in architecture before discovering and falling in love with the world of creative patisserie in 2012. She has competed in national and international competitions, won awards and been published in cake art magazines. Her Cake Studio, which opened ten years ago, offers training in various styles of artistic cake decorating. Sofia has also received various awards for her unique creations and serves as a judge in numerous cake competitions worldwide. Her style is particularly characterized by painted, architectural and textured cakes.

Tiziana Benvegna is a Sicilian cake designer based in Rome. After studying art, she initially devoted herself to woodworking, graphic design and web design. After she created the first marshmallow cake in 2010, her passion for cake design was born. She took part in various events and competitions. The most important award was the Gold Award, 1st place at Cake International London 2015. She is also a brand ambassador for Il Punto Italiana, food colors from Italy.

Marta Hidalgo, a passionate sculptor and cake artist, discovered her love for modeling while studying art. Since starting her career in May 2016, she has continually improved her craft skills and shared her cake decorating expertise internationally. Her outstanding skills have been recognized with various awards including the Cake Artist of the Year Award and the Sculpted Cake Award from Cake Masters Magazine. Her stunning creations have been featured in prestigious magazines such as Cake Masters Magazine, American Cake Decorating and the Daily Mail. Marta continues to strive to deepen and share her passion for modeling and cake decorating with others.
